New report in portal (Breaking down online and offline calls

Currently in our reporting we only breakdown calls as online and offline. I would like to add an additional category called 'Live Offline Call'. Calls should fall under the new classification where a call was made to an online number (rolling number) but no session was captured for the online number. This category should appear where we currently have the Pie charts showing online vs offline calls. Let me know if you have any questions or if you require more information.
