Monthly cap

Monthly cap on call minutes or $, whether calendar or rolling month, all selectable by user, on MID, collection of CIDs (e.g. dealer sales and service departments for TSS) with user interface including ability to enter email addresses and set thresholds for alerts and means of adjusting limit when cap reached.
