If you have previously used Google Universal Analytics (GA3) or earlier, you may be familiar with the concept of a "Goal", where you are able to measure how often a website user completes a certain action. For Delacon call tracking, this action would be a call.
In Google Analytics 4 (GA4), goals are now known as Conversions. To set up Conversions for calls made to your Delacon numbers, please see the relevant section in our Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Integration Guide
