Delacon’s integration with Partnerize allows call data to be sent into the Partnerize console for easy access to all your partner marketing performance data in one platform. This will enable you to more effectively measure the most successful partner websites and take complete credit for all the leads you generate for your clients.
Follow these steps to complete your integration:
Step 1
Create an account in Partnerize. If you don’t have an account already, you can create one on the Partnerize website.
Step 2
Log in to the Delacon Portal.
Step 3
Click on ‘Configuration’ and then ‘Integrations’.
Scroll down through all the integration partners and click on Partnerize.
Step 4
Select the CID/Service you wish to integrate with Partnerize.
Step 5
Edit the conversion URL by clicking the 'Edit' button.
If you are tracking calls and any associated session data from a principle website, then you should edit the default conversion URL by entering the Campaign ID. You are able to find this in the Admin tab within the Partnerize Console.
For example if your Campaign ID is 202XI978 and you wanted the category to appear in the Partnerize console as Delacon_Call then the conversion URL should be edited from
http://prf.hn/conversion/clickref:[xxxx]/conversionref:[xxxx]/campaign:[ABCD]/category:XYZ/value:00.00/conversion_source:delacon
to
http://prf.hn/conversion/clickref:[xxxx]/conversionref:[xxxx]/campaign:202XI978/category:Delacon_Call/value:00.00/conversion_source:delacon
If you are tracking the volume of calls from a partner website without the session data, then in addition to editing the campaign and category name, the clickref will dynamically populate and is used by Delacon to match the partner click to the user call.
If you want to track the detailed call information provided by Delacon, you need to add the parameter /call_data:[xxxx] to the url:
http://prf.hn/conversion/clickref:[xxxx]/conversionref:[xxxx]/campaign:202XI978/category:Delacon_Call/value:00.00/call_data:[xxxx]/conversion_source:delacon
By adding this parameter, the integration will push the following call data into the Partnerize platform:
Parameter |
Description |
Pkey_in |
The Delacon Call ID |
CID |
Your CID |
MID |
Your MID |
number_from |
The phone number dialed from |
inbound_time_from |
The dialed time in milliseconds |
status |
The status of the phone call:
|
search_type |
The type of search that triggered the call e.g. Paid or Unpaid |
search_engine |
The search engine used by the caller e.g. Google or Bing |
keywords |
The keywords searched by the caller |
ISP |
The internet service provider of the caller |
device |
The device of the caller e.g. iPhone, Android etc. |
exchange |
The suburb of the caller |
city |
The city of the caller |
state |
The state of the caller |
client_ip |
The IP address of the caller |
converted |
The type of call received e.g. R=Repeat Caller, Y=Normal call that converted |
The conversion URL can be extended with additional code depending on your campaign requirements without affecting the important clickref, conversionref and camref parameters. In this instance, when setting up the conversion URL pattern in Delacon, you will need to swap the clickref parameter with the camref parameter and populate the camref parameter from information obtained within the Admin>Publisher tab in the Partnerize console.
For example, if your camref parameter is '1111li9J5', then your final conversion URL would look like:
http://prf.hn/conversion/camref:1111li9J5/conversionref:[xxxx]/campaign:202XI978/category:Delacon_Call/value:00.00/call_data:[xxxx]/conversion_source:delacon
Step 6
Click on Integrate with Partnerize to save the mapping.
Step 7
Repeat steps 3–6 for each CID/Service that requires mapping.
You can edit a mapping by clicking on the Edit icon against the mapped campaign/company CID under the Action column.
Step 8
Once integrated, the call data in Partnerize will be displayed like this:
