In the context of call tracking, the captured User Agent allows Delacon to identify the type of internet browser the caller was using to browse a website before their call was made to the tracking number. This is beneficial for 2 reasons:
1 - Reporting
The User Agent will be shown in the Call Log under the Browser section for the individual call:

This information can be used to optimise your website for callers on particular browsers
2 - Call Tracking customisation
If you have a need to track calls from a particular browser only, or omit calls from that browser and track all others, Delacon's Extra Tracking feature can be used to display or not display tracking numbers based on the User Agent. More information on Extra Tracking can be found here.
