It is a legal requirement to inform the caller that a call is being recorded. This can either be through an automated message that plays to the caller before the call connects, or by the operator that answers the call.
By default, Delacon will enable its call recording message when call recording is enabled.
It is possible to remove or replace Delacon's default warning message, but you will then be responsible to ensure that the caller is still informed that the call is being recorded - either by your own recording message or by your staff when answering the call.
If you wish to disable or replace Delacon's default message, follow the instructions here. You can upload your own custom recording, or use attached "blank_wav.wav" file to remove the alert message on the Delacon side altogether.
