If you have multiple tracking numbers with Delacon you may be sending all your calls to the same termination number. By default, and where available, Delacon will pass through the original caller ID to be displayed on the receiving phone and it will not be apparent that the call came through a Delacon number. If you need to have knowledge of the number the caller dialled, there are several options available:
Whisper Message - An audio file will be played to the operator prior to the call being connected. This can be customised to include information about the number the caller dialled, for example "Incoming call from website number".
Show DNIS - Rather than passing through the original caller ID, Delacon will instead show a static number on the receiving phone for every call. This could be programmed as a contact in the receiving phone so it is known the call is coming through the Delacon number. The caller ID will still be available in the Call Log and on any configured email notifications.
Webhook - Using Delacon's Live Data Webhook API the number the caller dialled, and other information about the call such as the callers phone number, can be sent in real time to your integrated system.
