The Tracking Number is the telephone number that is provided to you by Delacon, which enables us to collect data on your telephone calls. It is an integral part of Delacon's solutions and in conjunction with the business phone number and the termination number forms part of the tracking process and call flow.
Where to find your tracking numbers
You can find all tracking numbers assigned to your account and individual services in the Services Overview in the Delacon portal.
How to add more tracking numbers
More tracking numbers can be ordered via the Delacon portal as outlined in this guide.
The tracking number itself can not be altered to have digits added or removed (eg country code). The number will automatically take on the format of the business phone number that is hardcoded on your website.
You can manually update the number format, including adding spaces, brackets and hyphens, as outlined here.
