Introduction
You can now send call attribution data from Google Ads directly to Delacon by using our call tracking solution and Google's call details forwarding - the caller does not have to click on your ad for you to track the call.
This provides you with an additional layer of call data and gives you a greater understanding of performance, helping you to calculate your campaign CPL and CPA more effectively.
This feature can be used with both Google Call Extensions and Google Call Only campaigns.
For more information on how you can set up Delacon’s integration with Google's call details forwarding, please see the below step-by-step instructions.
Please note that a dedicated number for call extensions is required, tracking numbers that are used for other sources such as website tracking are not suitable for this integration.
Limitations
This integration method has some limitations:
- This integration requires GFN (Google Forwarding Numbers) to be enabled within your Adwords account. Please review this support article whether GFN is available for your country. Please also consider any other limitations of GFN outlined in the article.
