Q: What happens if we receive a reply to an SMS message after a long time say 30 days?

A: As long as you still have the number active in your Delacon account the SMS will be delivered as normal

Q: Also what happens if someone sends a SMS to the mobile number of the client without a phone call. Will we send the SMS message as an email to our client?

A: Yes, the message will come through as an email even if there was no call made
