If you have implemented the Delacon Tracking code, and find you need to capture when a user clicks the Call Tracking number (normally a button click) Delacon injects into your page (or an element that the number is part of) because you:
-Want to push that event to 3rd party platforms (such as Google Analytics)
-Need to trigger code in your page; or
-Are testing and debugging your page
You can request Delacon to allow the click event to “bubble” up after a user has clicked the tracking number.
After Delacon has enabled this feature, when a user clicks the tracking number to make a call Delacon’s code will tell the browser that a phone call is being attempted, then pass that the click event occurred up through the web elements it’s nested in for other pieces of code to interact with it.
This feature should be requested by an experienced web developer only when needed, and can be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
