As part of the Adwords integration, you have provided Delacon authorisation to pull data out of your Adwords account and attribute it to your Delacon calls. This data includes keywords, ad copy and campaign information.
Periodically, however, this authorisation can expire or break.
The most common reasons are:
Google sets an expiration date for the Adwords authorisation, which can happen any time after 200 days from the initial authorisation.
Any Google security update may break the current authorisation.
The permission level of the person who originally authorised the account has changed, eg. the login was deleted, or access to Adwords has been withdrawn for the login or otherwise changed.
In case the Adwords authorisation breaks, Delacon will receive a system alert. We will then contact you with the steps to re-authorise the account to ensure you will continue to receive keyword data.
