In order to distribute calls more evenly to multiple termination numbers, round robin call management can be enabled. This setting will determine if calls have been received on the first termination number within a 5 minute window, and will move this number to the end of the sequence while bringing the others forward. For example;
- Termination1 - Termination2 - Termination3
When a call is received the order will be switched to;
- Termination2 - Termination3 - Termination1
If after 5 minutes there are no calls the order will not change. If a call has been received the order will be switched to;
- Termination3 - Termination1 - Termination2
Please note that multiple calls can be received on the first termination point within the 5 minute window before the sequence is switched.
Round Robin can be enabled or disabled in the Delacon portal by visiting Menu > Services > Edit > Round Robin
