Introduction
Next to Delacon's phone-call based CRM data upload, this feature enables you to also upload web based CRM data which did not lead to any phone calls via the Delacon system.
This enables you to optimise not only for call based ads and revenue, but also for ads and revenue which has been directly generated from webform submissions and other mechanisms.
How is data pushed into Google’s platforms?
Google Analytics
Through our Google Analytics integration, the CRM data is automatically pushed into Google Analytics as an event using the Google Measurement Protocol and the captured Google Analytics Client ID from the data provided.
This allows the CRM data to be viewable in Google Analytics.
Campaign Manager
Through our Campaign Manager integration, the CRM data is automatically pushed into CM using our integration API. The data is pushed through using the landing page GCLID from the data provided.
Google Ads
Through our Google Ads integration, the CRM data is automatically pushed into Google Ads using the GCLID from the data provided.
Setup
Step 1 – Enable CRM Upload
This step will be done in conjunction with your Delacon Account Manager. Please provide the following details: -
Master Id (Mid)
Delacon Account Manager will get CRM Enabled for the provided Master Id in the Delacon system.
Step 2 – Provide Relevant Authorisation
You are required to authorise the relevant platforms you are using. You do not need to authorise the platforms not being used:
Google Ads Authorisation:
RW access to Adwords Account via Adwords MCC account or standard account. Access to be provided via current Delacon authorisation pattern: -

Note – at the time of providing access for the Master Id, it is required for at least and at most one of the authorisations to be marked for Web based CRM Data Upload. If the provision is not on the UI to be configurable, then please contact support@delaconcorp.com and advise the authorisation which needs to be enabled for Web based CRM upload.
Google Analytics Authorisation:

Step 3 - Upload Data
Once your account has been authorised and your account information has been provided and Delacon have configured the conversion upload, you can begin to upload your CRM data.

Response will be JSON based
2. Data will be accepted in pipe-delimited row-based format
That is, one line per data row
3. Platform column will only accept one platform code in a format, that is separated with an underscore

2. Once the data is uploaded, Delacon system does the conversion uploads into the targeted platforms on a schedules basis.
