As a prepaid customer, you will need to ensure that there is sufficient balance in your Delacon account to cover ongoing monthly fees (charged on the last day of each month for the month ahead) and call charges (pay as you go). Please note, if your account balance falls below 0, the account will be suspended immediately and all calls will not be connected.
Delacon has below payment options available:
- top-up through the Delacon portal with your credit card.
Follow the steps of Option 1 of this guide to make a one-off payment through the Delacon portal with your credit card.
- top-up with your credit card by calling the Delacon accounts team (only for Australian clients).
If you need to make an urgent payment, please contact our Accounts team on 1300 990 999 and press 2 for Accounts. Our team will be able to take your credit card details and top-up your account manually.
Regular automated payments
- Auto top-up through the Delacon portal with your PayPal account
Follow the steps of Option 2 of this guide to set up a regular top-up agreement through the Delacon portal with your PayPal account.
- auto top-up with direct debit (only for Australian clients)
Delacon can automatically top-up your amount by a set amount whenever your balance is low and will debit it from your Australian bank account. Contact the Delacon Support team on firstname.lastname@example.org to get the latest version of our direct debit form.
