The call duration, in general, depicts the length of the call. All values show the duration in seconds, eg 120 seconds equal a 2 minute call.
However, you may find different values for the call duration for the same call across the Delacon platform.
In the call log, you will find the call duration for the entire length of the call: from the moment the call lands on the Delacon tracking number up until both parties hang up. The per minute call charges will be applied to this value.
Call Notification e-mail
The call duration on the notification e-mail will only show the duration of the answered part of the call, ie. from the moment the termination number answers the call up until both parties hang up. If the call is unanswered, the call duration will show 0.
Call recording file length
The call recording audio file contains the section of the call from when the call recording alert has played to the caller up until both parties have hung up. and includes the dial out to the termination number (ringtone).
