Yes, it is possible to transfer existing numbers to another MID. This could be a transfer of numbers to an additional MID of your own or a transfer of the numbers to another Delacon customer (both parties will need to agree to the transfer).
When transferring numbers please note;
- There will be a downtime of up to 5 minutes for each number being transferred.
- The associated CID will be changed, which will require an update to the website tracking code in use.
- The call history from the previous MID will not be transferred.
