Delacon’s Call Log Report allows a range of filtering options in its Advanced Filter section. You can filter your data by keyword, city, call date, and others. You can also add more than one filter at once, using AND/OR logic.
Advanced Filters
To apply Advanced Filters to your Call Log Report, navigate to the Call Log Report in the Delacon Portal. The Advanced Filters can be found beneath the date filters.
Click the Filter button to open the filter dialogue box. From the first drop-down menu, select the criteria by which you would like to filter. You can choose from Keywords, City, Date and Time, Source, Type, DTMF, and Call Status.
In the second drop-down menu, choose how you would like to filter the criteria. For most criteria, you can select from either 'contains' or 'does not contain'. Selecting 'contains' will return results that match the text that you add in the free text box. Selecting 'does not contain' will return all results that do not match the text entered in the free text box.
For the criteria 'Date and Time', you will be presented a list containing a range of options. Select your chosen option, and then enter a date and time in the relevant drop-down menus. You can click the calendar to choose the date, or type it manually. To enter a time, you can click the clock icon, or type it manually. Please ensure that you select either AM or PM as required.
For the criteria 'Call Status', you can choose from either 'Equals' or 'Does not equal'. You can then choose from a predefined set of call statuses from the third drop-down menu.
You can apply more than one filter, if required. To add a further filter, choose from either 'AND' or 'OR' from the fourth drop-down menu, and click the 'Add' button. See below for a guide on applying AND/OR logic to your filters.
To apply your filter(s), click the 'Save' button. Your data will now be displayed with your chosen filters applied. The Filter button will now appear red to warn you that filters have been applied to your data. To clear your filter, click the 'Clear Filters' button - your complete set of data will now be displayed.
Filter functions
The filters can be used to display the data based on the following criteria:
Keywords
Allows you to filter the content based on the search keywords that the user entered before calling.
City
Allows you to filter the content based on the city location of the caller, if available.
Date and Time
Allows you to filter the content based on the date and time of the call.
Source
Allows you to filter the content based on the Source of the web search, i.e. Google, Bing, etc.
Type
Allows you to filter the content based on the Type of the web search, i.e. paid, free, etc.
DTMF
Allows you to filter the content based on the DTMF response given by the caller.
CallStatus
Allows you to filter the content based on the status of the call, i.e. answered, missed, busy, etc.
Applying AND/OR logic
AND
Choose AND if you would like to include two or more filters and you want your results to meet ALL of the selected criteria.
For example, if you choose to filter by City=’New York’ AND Keywords=’Fresh food’, your search will only display results that include both those criteria, i.e. only calls from New York that contain the keyword ‘Fresh food’ will be shown.
OR
Choose OR if you would like to include two or more filters and you want your results to meet ANY of the selected criteria.
For example, if you choose to filter by City=’New York’ OR City=’Los Angeles’, your search will display all results from New York and all results from Los Angeles in one list.
A search that includes City=’New York’ OR Keywords=’Fresh food’ will return results displaying all calls from New York, regardless of keyword, and all calls including the keyword ‘Fresh food’, regardless of location.
