When Call Recording is enabled, the call audio is made available shortly after a call has ended. Simultaneously, the Call Transcription can also be accessed. To maintain data security, Delacon's credit card redaction feature is able to recognise the sequence and patterns of credit card numbers when words such as 'credit', 'debit', 'Mastercard', 'Visa', and 'AmEx' are present in the whole call transcript and immediately replaces them with the characters ‘####’.
This feature is always enabled by default and set up is not required.
