The method for exporting an overview of your Delacon tracking numbers differs slightly, depending on which version of our portal you are using:
New Portal
To export the details of your Service(s) to a spreadsheet in the .csv format, follow these steps:
Step 1
Log in to the Delacon Portal.
Step 2
Navigate to the Services tab.
Step 3
Click on the ‘Export’ button in the top right of the screen.
This will trigger a download of a spreadsheet in .csv format containing the following headings:
Service Id | The unique Service ID for that Service/CID |
Service Name | The name given to the Service/CID during setup |
Service Category | The Category of the Service/CID |
Business Phone Number | The existing phone number that is replaced by the Delacon Tracking number |
Termination Number | The number where calls to the Tracking Number will terminate |
Tracking Number |
The Delacon Tracking number(s) associated with the Service/CID Numbers will be separated by a semicolon (;) |
Notification Email |
The email address(es) assigned to the Service/CID Email addresses will be separated by a semicolon (;) |
Classic Portal
1. Log into the Classic Portal with your Delacon credentials.
2. Navigate to the Billing menu and select Billing report.
3. Click on export list in CSV and the system will immediately start the download. The file will contain an overview of all tracking numbers, their assigned CID, business name and termination number.
