Login Activity

Introduction

A new feature has been added that generates a report of all login activity, providing information on who has accessed your account. The report can be filtered by Account Name; Machine IP; Date; Time; Activity Type and Status.

Step 1:  Log in to the Delacon portal here 

Step 2: Click on Reporting -> Activity Report -> Login Activity

Step 3: Login Activity Dashboard

Account Name:
Each user has their own unique Master ID (MID) to access the Delacon Portal. If an authorized member logs in with their email address, it will show their email address under Account Name.

IP Address:
This column contains the public IP Address of the laptop or pc used to log in to the Delacon portal.

Date & Time:
When a user logs in to the Delacon portal the Date and Time will be recorded. If a user is in a different time zone, Delacon is able to capture the date and time according to that time zone.

Activity Type:
Activity Type shows the login type; MID LOGIN, CID LOGIN, User LOGIN or Agency LOGIN.

Account Status:
When a user logs in successfully it will show as Success and if there is an error it will show as Failed.
