1. Login to your AgencyAnalytics account
2. Click on the campaign you are working on and select ‘integrations’ from the left-hand side menu
3. Click on Delacon and select “Connect new Account”
4. Next add your API key
Login to your Delacon account --> select the top right drop down menu and click ‘Switch To Delacon Classic’
In Delacon Classic select the Integrations tab
In Integrations drop down the menu then select API key - Your Unique individual account level API Key will be available there. Copy and paste your API Key into AgencyAnalytics.
After the API key has been added the integration is complete and you can find Delacon in the left-hand side menu under call tracking.
AgencyAnalytics provides a customisable dashboard, where all marketing data can be tracked and analysed. An overview of the essential data from Delacon’s call tracking solution, including the total number of calls, the number of calls missed, how many calls were answered vs missed, and the top sources of your calls can all be viewed on the dashboard.
Also provided is a table with information about the call date, phone number, whether the phone call was answered, the call result, the call duration, the source of the call, the landing page and the keywords.
The information in the table can be filtered by clicking on the top right-hand button as shown below
Choosing the live dashboard version enables you to directly share Delacon’s call tracking solution data with clients by giving them their own login information. You can choose how much of this information your client sees by customizing their access.
The live dashboard also enables clients to listen to their call recordings. To listen to these call recordings, click on the 🎧 icon as shown below.
Call Tracking Report
If you choose the call tracking report instead of the live dashboard, daily, weekly or monthly automated reports can be sent to your client.
