Delacon has the following APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) available to assist you in sending call tracking data to third party platforms.
Webhook (Push API)
Delacon's webhook integration is ideal for integrating with platforms that require the call data to be available immediately, as Delacon will send the data as soon as the call is made with any information available at the start of the call, and again at the end of the call to add the post call details. Client Reporting/XML (Pull API)
The XML API (which can also be configured to output as a CSV) can be used in scenarios where the call data is not needed on a per call basis but instead for a set time period such as a day or week. This allows retrieval of the call data on your own schedule rather than as each call is received. More information on the XML API is available here.
Provisioning API (POST API)
The Provisioning API allows the creation of new campaigns or the management of existing campaign to be processed from within your own system, such as a CRM, rather than the Delacon portal. More information on the Provisioning API is available here.
Speech Analytics (Pull API)
Analysis of the phone conversations through Delacon's Speech Analytics service can be obtained through our API to enhance your knowledge of the reason for a call and the callers experience in your own reporting system. More information on the Speech Analytics API is available here.
Billing API (Pull API)
The Billing API will allow a CSV download of call charge information for a defined date. More information on the Billing API can be found here.
Zapier
