When using Delacon's call recording feature, links to the call recording are available (by default) in the Delacon portal and on the email notification that is sent following the call. If you are concerned about who may have access to these recordings, the following restrictions can be put in place.
IP address whitelist
If you have a static/fixed IP address(es) where you access the Delacon portal from, we can restrict access to only your office/authorised locations. You can confirm if your internet service has a static IP address by contacting your internet service provider (ISP).
Call recording password
A unique password for accessing call recordings can be set up for users not logged into the Delacon portal (for example when clicking the link in the email notification) so that links to recordings cannot be inadvertently shared.
You can use either or both options together to ensure the recordings are unavailable to unauthorised users.
