The Call Log contains full detailed information about each call received on your Delacon numbers.
You can access the Call Log by navigating to Reporting > Call Log or by clicking the following link: https://pla.delaconcorp.com/siteui/reports/callLog
There are 2 reporting options available, Summarised and Detailed, which can be toggled between within the report.
1. Summarised Call Log
This report contains the following commonly needed details and is useful for finding a particular call at a glance.
Caller:
- Callers Phone number
Source:
- The means how the caller arrived on the site, eg direct/search engine/etc
Details:
- Call ID: The unique Delacon reference number for the call
- City: The city where the caller is located (where available)
- State: The state where the caller is located (where available)
Online Details:
- Landing Page: Where the caller entered your website (hover to see the full URL)
- Page Called From: The page the caller was on when they called (hover to see the full URL)
Listen:
- Call Recording: If call recording is in use, the recording can be played here
Call:
- Date: The date the call was made in the configured account time-zone.
- Time: The time the call was made in the configured account time-zone.
- Duration: The total length of the call.
2. Detailed Call Log
This report contains all available information about the call and contains the following information.
Caller:
- Callers Phone number
Source:
- The means how the caller arrived on the site, eg direct/search engine/etc
Details:
- Call ID: The unique Delacon reference number for the call
- Number Called: The telephone number dialled by the caller
- Answer Point: Where the call was answered
- Service Name: The configured name of the Delacon service
- Service Category: The configured category of the Delacon service
- Exchange: The local telephone exchange the caller was using (where available)
- City: The city where the caller is located (where available)
- State: The state where the caller is located (where available)
Online Details:
- Keyword: The captured keyword the caller used to find your website
- Converted: If the call was converted online, was a repeat call or was an offline call
- Device: The PC or mobile device used to browse your website
- Browser: The web browser used to browse your website
- ISP: The callers ISP (Internet Service Provider)
- IP: The callers IP address
- Landing Page: Where the caller entered your website (hover to see the full URL)
- Page Called From: The page the caller was on when they called (hover to see the full URL)
- Referral: The site or search engine that referred the visitor to your website
- AdType: describes the kinds of ads an ad unit can show to users
Listen:
- Voicemail: Whether a voicemail message was left
- Call Recording: If call recording is in use, the recording can be played here
- Transcript: If call transcription is in use, the transcript can be viewed here
Call:
- Date: The date the call was made in the configured account time-zone.
- Time: The time the call was made in the configured account time-zone.
- Duration: The total length of the call.
- Call Status: Whether the call was Normal (answered), No Answer or Busy
- Survey Outcome: The post call survey option selected by the operator (if configured)
- Survey Sales Amount: The post call sales amount selected by the operator (if configured)
- DTMF: The numerical IVR option the caller selected (if available)
- DTMF Description: The description of the IVR option the caller selected (if available)
- Call Recording Message Heard: If call recording is available, whether the recording notification message played in full
- Customer Intent: The reason for the call (if configured)
- (Optional) Rating: The rating for the call (if rated in Delacon’s mobile app or from the Call Notification email)
- (Optional) Comment: Entered comments regarding the call
The Detailed Call Report can also be exported as a CSV
