The Call Timing Report provides details on the day of week or hours of day that generate calls to your business. This is broken down into the following sections.
Call Timing Overview
A graph comparing Answered, Unanswered and Busy calls over the reporting period, with the option to view the results by Day (Sunday-Saturday) or by Hour (12am-12pm). The totals can be displayed when hovering over the graph elements.

Call Timing Summary
Details of all Answered, Unanswered and Busy calls during the reporting period, indicating;
- The call result
- How many calls were made
- How many calls were from unique callers
- The average incoming duration of calls received
- The total amount of converted Sales (if available)
- The total Sales value (if available)
