The Total Calls Report provides information around the calls you have received during the reporting period. This is broken down into the following sections.

Total Calls Range
From this section you can see the Total Calls, Online calls, Offline calls and Average Duration from the selected reporting period.
Total Call Trends
A comparison graph to show the total calls per day week or month over the selected reporting period. The totals can be displayed when hovering over the graph elements.
Online calls vs Offline Calls
A comparison graph showing the total of online calls (with website session information) versus the total number of offline calls (without web session information) over the reporting period. The totals can be displayed when hovering over the graph elements.
Repeat Callers vs New Callers
A comparison graph to show the total calls from repeat callers versus the total calls from new callers over the selected reporting period. The totals can be displayed when hovering over the graph elements.
Call Status Comparison
A comparison graph showing the total of answered, busy and unanswered calls over the reporting period. The totals can be displayed when hovering over the graph elements.
Total Calls Summary
Details of the last ten calls received, detailing the caller’s phone number, date of call, time of call, location and page call from (if available) and whether the call was answered, unanswered or busy.
