The Overview Dashboard provides at a glance reporting of commonly used call statistics and is the default view when logging into the Delacon portal. This is broken down into the following sections:
Call Tracking Trends
From this section you can see the Total Calls, Answered Percentage, Average Duration and Missed calls from the selected reporting period.
Daily Call Trends
A comparison graph to show the calls per day week or month over the selected reporting period. Answered, busy and unanswered calls are shown separately. The totals can be displayed when hovering over the graph elements.
The data can also be downloaded into an excel spreadsheet by clicking on the button.

If keywords are being captured, this report will show the top 20 keywords and the frequency of use during the reporting period.
Online vs Offline calls
