The Call Tracking Keyword report provides details on search engine keywords that are driving calls from your website. This is broken down into the following sections.

Call Distribution
A comparison graph showing the proportion of calls received for high performing individual keywords over the selected reporting period. The totals can be displayed when hovering over the graph elements.
Top 10 Keywords
Details of the top 10 keywords driving calls from your website.
Average Call Duration
A comparison graph showing the average call duration per keyword over the reporting period, to indicate which keywords result in higher call duration (in minutes). The totals can be displayed when hovering over the graph elements.
All Keywords
Details of all keywords captured during the reporting period, indicating;
- The keyword captured
- How many calls were made
- How many calls were from unique callers
- The average duration of calls for the keyword
Keyword Labels if no keyword is available
To provide more insights into why a keyword might not be available for certain calls as well as to assist with troubleshooting, Delacon will display below labels for calls where keywords are not available.

Keyword not available until next day | The keyword retrieval program runs once a day, so keywords will be available the next day from the day of the call. The label will then be updated to the keyword or any of below labels. |
Web - Keyword not available for this source type | This label indicates a call with web session data that comes from a non paid source, eg google organic, direct, mobile search. Keywords are generally not available for these referrals. |
Web - GoogleAds not integrated | This label indicates a call with web session data from a paid source but the Service ID is not integrated with Adwords. Please complete the Adwords integration. |
Web - Keyword not available in mapped GoogleAds account | This label indicates a call with web session data from a paid source and the integration with Adwords has been completed, but no keyword could be retrieved from the Adwords account. |
Furthermore, it can indicate a call with an invalid Google Click ID that does not match data from the mapped Adwords account. | |
Web - Dynamic Search Ad | This label indicates a call with web session data from paid source and the integration with Adwords has been completed, and Adwords data indicates a dynamic search ad. Keywords are generally not available for dynamic search ads. |
Web - PMax campaign | This label indicates a call with web session data from paid source and the integration with Adwords has been completed, and Adwords data indicates a Pmax Campaign. Note, the Adwords campaign name will need to contain the words "PM"; "PMax" or "Perf Max" in order to be identified correctly. Keywords are generally not available for Performance Max campaigns. |
Web - Google Ads authorisation expired | This label indicates a call with web session data from paid source and the integration with Adwords has been completed but the Adwords authorisation has expired. Please re-do Part I of the Adwords integration guide. |
Callext - no keyword | This label indicates a call without web session data and the service is integrated as a call extension number, but no keyword could be retrieved. |
Call Only - no keyword | This label indicates a call without web session data and the service is integrated as a call only number, but no keyword could be retrieved. |
Offline Call | This label indicated a call without web session data and no Adwords integrations (call ext, call only or main Adwords). These could be calls from Print campaigns, Google My Business listings or EDM and generally don't have keywords. |
Callext - Dynamic Search Ad | This label indicates a call without web session data and the service is integrated as a call extension number, and Adwords data indicates a dynamic search ad. Keywords are generally not available for dynamic search ads. |
Call Only - Dynamic Search Ad | This label indicates a call without web session data and the service is integrated as a call only number, and Adwords data indicates a dynamic search ad. Keywords are generally not available for dynamic search ads. |
