What is a Superuser?

There are various levels of access available to the Delacon portal to allow the appropriate flexibility for managing your Delacon products. A Superuser is a level of access that allows full management of single or multiple Delacon MIDs, including access to all integrations and the account billing information. This allows easy management and reporting with a single login, avoiding the need to log out to view the details on another MID.

If a Superuser has access to multiple MIDs, these can be navigated between using the Accounts dropdown menu where all accessible MIDs will be shown:
