In Delacon's call tracking solution, a MID is a Master ID. This is equivalent to an account number and is a unique identifier for your account with Delacon. Each MID will contain one or more CID's.
Purpose of the MID:
- as a unique identifier for your business. Please provide the MID number for queries to Support or Billing
- as part of the tracking code to associate calls and data to your account
The MID for your Delacon account can be found in two places:
The MID can be found in the top right corner of the portal view, and will be seen on every page
If you are using a super user login then the MID shown will be for the currently selected account, and will change if another account is selected.
On the monthly statement, the MID will be seen under the Customer Details section on the first page of the statement.
