Setting Up Delacon Provider Accounts
You can add one or more Delacon call tracking provider accounts to the agency and configure default call con‐version settings for all the provider accounts.
What you need
- Admin or supervisor permissions
- Credentials for the call provider account(s) you want to add
Step-by-step
- Log in to Kenshoo and verify that you are in the All profiles performance grid.
- Select Administration > Call Tracking.
The Call Tracking Agency Settings page appears. - In the Call Tracking Providers section, click Add.
- From the Provider dropdown on the right, select Delacon
5. Do the following:
- In the Account Name field, retain the default name or enter a different name to uniquely identify the specific account.
- Enter the login credentials needed.
- To show this provider account first in the dropdown list of providers for all the profiles managed by the agency, select Set as default.
- To retrieve additional information on the call, select Add call tracking parameters to URL. The following parameters are added to keyword and ad URLs: kendelid=p.ProfileID..tracking_id where:
- ProfileID is the unique identifier of the profile in Kenshoo
- Kenshoo_Click_ID is the cookie ID
- tracking_ID is the unique identifier of the keyword or ad in Kenshoo
6. Below Configure Calls as Conversions, do the following:
- Minimum call duration for conversion: Define the minimum duration, in seconds, for a tracked call to be considered a conversion.
- Repeat calls are conversions...: Define the length of time in days, to pass for deduplicating tracked calls from the same number.
- Aggregate calls to CONV: Add conversions from tracked calls to the main Conv. column and see how they contribute to conversions.
You have added one or more call provider accounts at the agency level. Continue with Activating Call Tracking for Profile to complete the integration in Kenshoo.
Activating Call Tracking for Profile
Follow these steps to activate call tracking for a profile.
- Select Delacon Provider Account for Profile
Select Delacon call tracking provider account for profile. - Import Call Tracking Numbers
Add tracking numbers by importing existing tracking numbers. - Assign Call Tracking Numbers
Optional; assign tracking numbers to specific campaigns in the profile, or to specific ad groups in a campaign. By default, the tracking numbers are assigned to all campaigns in the profile. - Customize Call Tracking & Conversion Settings
Optional; customize default conversion settings for tracked calls and enable/disable call tracking parameters in URL for the profile. - Copy Tracking Code for Number to Landing Page
Copy and paste the number replacement code which is the call tracking script for each number you want to track.
Select Delacon Provider Account for Profile
This is the first step in Activating Call Tracking for Profile.
You can select a single Delacon provider account for a profile. If the agency has configured a Delacon provider account as the default, this account name is already selected in the provider dropdown list. You can retain the default provider or select any provider account configured for the agency.
Once you select a call tracking provider account for the profile and add tracking numbers, you cannot change the profile's provider account.

Step-by-step
- Select the profile for which to activate call tracking.
- Select Management > Call Tracking.
- From the Call tracking provider account list, select the Delacon provider account for which to add tracking numbers.
- Continue with Import Call Tracking Numbers.
Import Call Tracking Numbers
This is the second step in Activating Call Tracking for Profile. You must add the numbers to track by importing existing numbers.

- Click Import and select the type of tracking number to import:
a. Standard
b. Session‐based - Do one of the following:
a. Standard tracking number: In the Import Number page, type the standard tracking number to import.
b. Session‐based tracking number: Enter the session‐based token. - Click Import.
- Continue with Assign Call Tracking Numbers.
Assign Call Tracking Numbers
This is the third step in Activating Call Tracking for Profile, and is required only if you want to assign the tracking numbers you have imported to specific campaigns or specific ad groups in a campaign.
By default, the number is assigned to all the campaigns and ad groups.
- Click the Manage Assignment tab and then select one of the following:
a. Selected campaigns; go to step 2 and then step 5.
b. Selected ad groups; continue from step 3. - From the list of Available Campaigns, select the campaigns and then click Add to move them to the Selected Campaigns list. Filter by letters or phrase in the campaign name to quickly find campaigns.
- (Ad groups) Select the campaign from the Campaign dropdown.
- From the list of Available Ad Groups, select the ad groups and then click Add to move them to the Selected Ad Groups list. To select all ad groups, press CTRL+A.
- Continue with Customize Call Tracking & Conversion Settings.
Customize Call Tracking & Conversion Settings
This is the fourth step in Activating Call Tracking for Profile. It is optional and required only if you want to change the agency defaults configured for call tracking and conversion, for the selected profile.

- Enable/disable call tracking parameters in keyword and ad URLs.
- Change the conversion settings for tracked calls:
a. Define the minimum duration for the call to be considered a conversion.
b. Define the deduplication period for repeated calls from the same number.
c. Select if to add conversions from tracked calls to the main Conv. column and see how they contribute to conversions
3. Continue with Copy Tracking Code for Number to Landing Page.
Copy Tracking Code for Number to Landing Page
This is the last step in Activating Call Tracking for Profile. You must copy the call tracking script for each provisioned/imported number you want to track. Note that each number can have a unique tracking script.
- In the Tracking Numbers grid, select the number for which you need the tracking code.
- Click the Number Replacement Code button on the right.
The tracking code for that number is displayed.
If the selected tracking number is from a different account, the info bar instructs you to copy and paste the code per tracking number.
The parameters unique to the tracking number are bolded.
3. Drag through to select the entire tracking code.
4. Right‐click and select Copy and then click Close.
5. Paste the tracking code at the correct location in the landing page.
You have now activated call tracking for a profile and completed integrating a Delacon call tracking provider account in Kenshoo.
