Introduction
The Call Block service allows for you to block/blacklist unwanted and unsolicited inbound calls related to your Service/Customer ID (CID).
Step1: In the New Portal go to Configuration -> Call Block
Step2: To block a number, please click Add and then select the CID it is relevant to if there are multiple CIDs under “Company”.
Step3: Input the number you would like to block along with the area/country code (eg 02 92xx xxxxx). Please enter the entire number.
Step4: Select “Confirm”
You are able to block as many numbers as you’d like.
