The Call Block service enables you to block/blacklist unwanted and unsolicited inbound calls related to your Service/Customer ID (CID).
Log into the Delacon Portal and navigate to Configuration -> Call Block.
To block a number, please click 'Add New Number'.
If you want to block the number from calling a particular service, you can select the service from the 'Company' dropdown list. If you want to block the number from calling all your services, simply click on the 'Select All' checkbox.
Select the number type to be blocked - Mobile or Other (local DIDs). Then input the number you would like to block along with the area and country code (eg 612 92XX XXXX). Please enter the entire number.
You can also use * as a wildcard entry to replace any digits. For example, if you want to block all callers calling from NSW numbers, you can add the number type as 612********. The number of * will need to correspond to the number of digits a phone number has. For Australian numbers, this will be 10 digits.
To block all callers from an undefined (suppressed) caller ID, please contact the Delacon Support team, who can set this up for your account.
Click on 'Confirm'. You will now see a list of services and numbers blocked across each of those services at the bottom. If you would ever want to unblock a number, all that you need to do is to click on the 'Remove' button at the end of the row.
You are able to block as many numbers as you’d like.
If you would like further assistance, please feel free to contact Delacon support.
