Step1: Once you’ve logged into your Zoho account, click on Leads then the + to create/edit the layout for call tracking
Step2: Add new fields related to call information you are wanting to gather. All variables available are detailed in the section below. You can move these around and position them in your preferred order.

Step3: Save the layout
Step4: Add Delacon Zapier trigger by invite. You can do this by searching in the choose a trigger app Save and Continue.
Step5: Connect the Delacon Master account or the existing account by selecting. Press Save and Continue.
New Account Configuration
1. Select a Cid:
2. Skip the testing:
3. Continue with default sample:
4. Add Zoho as an action in the Zapier after Delacon Trigger
5. Create a lead
6. Connect to your Zoho account:
7. Select the layout you created at the start
8. Find and add the call information from the template:
9. Confirm and skip the test. The click Finish
10. Name you Zap and enable it by toggling on
11. Make a phone call to test. You will be able to see all your selected variables in the Zoho interface.
