Introduction
This guide takes you through the steps to connect Delacon call data to Zoho via Zapier.
The steps include:
1. Creating the lead layout in Zoho
2. Connecting Delacon to Zapier
3. Connecting Zapier to Zoho

1. Creating the lead layout in Zoho
Step 1: Once you’ve logged into your Zoho account, click on Leads then the + to create/edit the layout for call tracking
Step 2: Add new fields related to call information you are wanting to gather. All variables available are detailed in the section below. You can move these around and position them in your preferred order.
The below information is available in the Zapier Delacon trigger:

Step 3: Save the layout
2. Connecting Delacon to Zapier
Please review the Zapier integration guide that will take you through the steps for connecting your Delacon call data with Zapier.
You will need to complete Steps 1 (Linking Delacon and Zapier) and 2 (Creating a Zap) of that guide. For step 3 (Setting up an Action), please return to this guide to connect your Zap to Zoho.
3. Connecting Zapier to Zoho
Step 1 - Add Zoho as an action in the Zapier after Delacon Trigger
Step 2 - Create a lead
Step 3 - Connect to your Zoho account:
Step 4 - Select the layout you created at the start
Step 5 - Find and add the call information from the template:
Step 6 - Confirm and skip the test. The click Finish
Step 7 - Name you Zap and enable it by toggling on
Step 8 - Make a phone call to test. You will be able to see all your selected variables in the Zoho interface.
