The whisper message is an audio file that will be played to the operator when the call is connected, which can announce the number/campaign that the call is coming through from. This feature allows the operator to know that the call is coming through a Delacon number instead of the regular business phone number.
The whisper message will not be audible for the caller and it will continue to ring while the message is played to the operator.
Please be aware that, as the whisper message plays as soon as the call connects to the termination point, this feature cannot be used where the connection is not to a person. This includes IVRs, hunt groups, voicemails and any other system that connects the call without human interaction.
The whisper message can be enabled or disabled in the Delacon portal by visiting Menu > Services > Edit > Whisper
