When a call finishes, an email notification with details of the call (including links to voicemail/call recordings if configured) will be sent to all email addresses contained in the Notification Email field. Multiple email addresses can be separated by a semi-colon ( ; ), for example; firstname.lastname@example.org;email@example.com
- If you do not need to receive a notification for every call and only need to be informed when you have missed a call, please see Email Notification only for missed or busy calls
- If you do not wish to receive any notifications, simply add firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Notification Email can be edited in the Delacon portal by visiting Menu > Services > Edit > Notification Email
