When a call finishes, an email notification with details of the call (including links to voicemail/call recordings if configured) will be sent to all email addresses contained in the Notification Email field. Multiple email addresses can be added as recipients. Ensure to confirm each new e-mail address by hitting the "Enter" key on your keyboard and save your changes once all required e-mail addresses have been added.
- If you do not need to receive a notification for every call and only need to be informed when you have missed a call, please see Email Notification only for missed or busy calls
- If you do not wish to receive any notifications, simply add firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Notification Email can be edited in the Delacon portal by visiting Services > List Services > Edit > Notification Email
