The Call Category report provides a visual report on the categories of calls your business receives.
Based on the analysis of call transcripts from our speech analytics solution, it can report on:
- The total number of calls received.
- The total number of calls received per category.
- The total number of call transcripts available.
- The total number of call transcripts analysed.
The graph showing the number of calls per category can be customised to show calls by day, week or month for trend analysis.
The report is located in the Delacon Portal under the Speech Analytics category.
