Generally, the caller will hear a message advising that the call will be recorded.
However, a Delacon customer may prefer that their operators tell callers that the call will be recorded instead.
Delacon can disable the message if the customer signs a waiver transferring liability from Delacon to the customer.
Optionally, Delacon can play a Call Whisper at the start of every call reminding the operator to tell the caller that the call may be recorded.
Call recordings may also be used to confirm operators are doing that (Delacon also offers automated Call Transcriptions and Speech Analytics which may also be used for that).
