How can I cancel numbers from my account or cancel my Delacon service?

Please complete the following cancellation template with the details of the request and send to cancellations@delaconcorp.com. Our cancellations team will process the cancellation and inform you once completed.

Please note that all cancellations are subject to 30 days notice, unless otherwise specified in your application form, and if the option to cancel immediately is chosen the monthly fee will apply until the effective cancellation date.

Charges

[Customer Name] acknowledges and accepts that it will be liable for (i) one month's monthly fee from the date of this email, in accordance with Delacon's terms and conditions found at http://www.delaconcorp.com/terms-conditions/ (the one month monthly fee will apply even if the customer requests the number/s be cancelled effective immediately; or (ii) another cancellation fee if provided for in their contract.
