To customize the whisper message audio please review the steps below. Please note that the audio file used needs to adhere to the following specifications:
File Format: WAV
Bitrate: 128 kbps
Frequency: 8000 Hz
It is possible to upload your customer whisper message in the Delacon portal.
Option 1 – For Individual CIDs
Log in to the Delacon portal here.
Select Services in the left-hand column
Click Edit on the service/CID where you would like to add your custom whisper message.
To upload your custom whisper message:
1.4.1 – Select Play Whisper Message in the right hand column – this will open a new dialogue box.
1.4.2 – Select Customized whisper audio.
1.4.3 – Click the Choose File button. When the new window opens, navigate to your audio file, and upload it. You can review your audio file by clicking the play button.
Click Submit to save your changes to the Service/CID.
Option 2 – MID Level - All CIDs:
Now you can upload a single, common whisper message across all CIDs in an easy manner.
Step 2.1 - Log in to the portal here.
Step 2.2 - From the bottom left of the page, select 'Settings'.
Step 2.3 - From the 'Settings' page, select 'Upload Audio Messages'.
Step 2.4 - Choose 'Whisper' from Upload Audio For. Select the correct WAV file from your computer and click on 'Upload Audio'.
The Uploaded audio message will be displayed at the bottom and is applied across all the CIDs under the MID.
Option 3 – Classic portal:
Log into the classic portal here.
Click on the settings tab and select Change Whisper Message.
Select whether the whisper message is for all accounts or a specific account. Click on Choose File to select the appropriate audio file and click upload wave file.
