If you have an external system that you would like to send Delacon's call data into, such as a custom built CRM, you can use Delacon's wehbook (json) API for this purpose. This will allow you to receive any immediately available information (number dialled, callers phone number, referral source, etc) as soon as a call is received, then an update at the end of the call with post call information (duration, call recording, survey results, etc).
