Delacon's system captures the caller phone number, unless they have blocked their number to be private. It doesn’t capture any customer or member number.
Alternatively we offer an 'IVR Capture' feature where we can capture the menu option selected by a caller. For example, if a caller selects option 2 for existing member/customer enquiries, you can know the call was for an existing member/customer.
This data can also be pushed into Google Analytics, AdWords and DoubleClick for optimisation.
