You can add either the IVR Option or the IVR description parameters the caller selected into the call notification emails your business receives. For example, you can receive an email which says:
Subject: Another inbound call from Sales.
You have received another Sales Call from IVR Option 1,

To include these variables in the call notification email, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Log into the Delacon Portal.
Step 2: Navigate to Reporting -> Services.
Step 3: Navigate to Email Configuration Service.
Step 4: Select the email you want to configure (Answered, Missed (Voicemail left), Busy (Voicemail left), Missed (No Voicemail left), Busy (No Voicemail left) by clicking on the tab heading.
Step 5: Enter the content of your email, using the parameters [dtmf] to include the IVR option and/or [dtmf_log] to include the IVR description.
Step 6: Enter the subject of the email, using the parameters [dtmf] to include the the IVR option and/or [dtmf_log] to include the IVR description if you want them in the email subject:
Step 7: Once you are happy with the content of the email and the subject line, click Save
The email will now be sent with the above content.
