Delacon can detect IVR options selected by callers. such as “Press 1 for sales." This data can then be fed into bid optimisation platforms to optimise bidding based on caller intent.
Our system is configured to record the number of digits the caller may press to get to the IVR option that you wish to report on. For example, recording 2 digits in the IVR will track the first 2 menu options selected. Recording 3 digits on the IVR will track the first 3 menu options selected.
