In order to change your termination number, please follow the steps below:
- Login to your account.
- Click on the Services menu, then List Services and Edit for the service you wish to update
- In the Termination Number field enter the Termination Number you want your calls to divert to and confirm your entry by hitting the "Enter" key. You can enter multiple termination numbers. This has the effect of the call being routed to the next number in the sequence if the previous number did not pick up. If you use multiple termination numbers please also adjust the Transfer time as needed.
You will not lose any call tracking information if you have entered multiple numbers this way.
