If you wish to transfer an existing Delacon account or numbers to a new owner, this can be done through a Change of Ownership (CHOWN). The current owner of the account/number(s) can begin the process by emailing support@delaconcorp.com to provide the relevant authorisation to the new owner
Please note:
- If the new owner is not an existing Delacon customer, a new application form will be required. For an existing post paid account this will also require a credit verification.
- If numbers are being moved from an existing MID to a new MID, call history will not be moved and a new CID will be issued for the number.
