In order to match calls from paid leads to their respective ad campaigns, we need the Google Click ID (GCLID) which Delacon is only able to capture for website referrals.
For call extension and call ad campaigns, the GCLID is not available at time of push into GA and therefore, these calls won't be attributed to their ad campaigns in GA.
Instead, call extension calls can be attributed in below platforms:
- in Google Adwords itself with Google Forwarding enabled
- Adwords conversion upload
- in Search Ads 360
- Delacon portal. With the integrations you have completed, we will pull information for each call from Adwords into our Delacon portal which can be viewed under the Adwords report.
